Welcome!
I'm Katie Snyder

My work is devoted to the quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) and courageous process of returning home to ourselves.
As a trauma-informed embodiment guide, breathwork facilitator, and massage therapist, I hold spaces where people can soften, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Drawing from breathwork, bodywork, yoga, sound healing, energy work, meditation, community song, and emerging maturation coaching, I offer experiences that support healing, integration, and deeper relationship with life.
At the heart of this work is the breath: a simple yet profound bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Through breath and embodied presence, we gently unwind patterns of holding, allowing the nervous system to settle and the deeper currents of the heart to be felt.
My relationship with this work is rooted in a personal lineage with grief. When I was thirteen, my father passed away, and the loss left an imprint that lived in my body for many years. Decades later, when I returned home to care for my mother during her illness throughout the pandemic, that earlier grief reawakened. Being present with my mother in such an intimate and vulnerable chapter opened a deeper reckoning with loss, love, and the ways grief continues to shape our lives.
That season revealed to me how much lives within the body waiting to be met with care and presence... and how essential it is to have spaces where grief, tenderness, and transformation are welcomed.
Alongside individual sessions and community gatherings, I also facilitate retreats and immersive experiences designed to support deeper transformation. These spaces invite participants to step out of the momentum of everyday life and into intentional containers of rest, reflection, ritual, and reconnection: where healing can unfold in relationship with self, community, and the living world.
Unfurl is an invitation to release what has been carried for too long and to make space for the soul to move more freely through your life. My deepest hope is that those who enter this work come to know, in their own felt experience, the possibility of safety, peace, and belonging within their body, mind, and heart.
"Her heart bloomed sunflowers so she would always face the light."
